They only did the Blue on the 2015/16 1100RR models, not the factory versions.  It was dropped when the 2017 models came out.  cry1  You have to assume it wasn't very popular, hence the reason for discontinuing it, but personally I find the Grey, Black, Red of the Factory bikes to be a bit mundane, but then colour is always a personal choice.
