Yep summat like that - Depends on weather and when Ali can travel

Could meet Friday at mine - beers & food in my local - choice of 2
Crown has good ales & larger £3.10 pint with basic bar meals at £7 are good value. If yer really hungry the mixed grill is mega at £15

Plough is more up market food wise excellent quality with good beer and wines - but it's more restaurant than pub £12 -£15 for a main course gets lots of visitors travelling into the village

I tend to use the Crown - small country pub no frills but good people

Down side no curry house unless we get a taxi - 5 miles away or there is the Royal Oak about 2 mile away - has a Thai Kitchen - land lady is Thai herself

Can't wait hope the weather is decent  exc1

Hi Ali
I reckon in the van allow 5 hours driving depends how fast you are happy to go - quite a long 50 mph section through road works also these new fangled smart M/way sections

If you decide to take the day off we can have a short ride when you get here - happy to fit in with whatever you want to do

There is room for 4 or 5 Fuds to stay if folk are happy with sofa beds or 2 in a twin room

It will be easy to meet up with Slim; Whitey & Tifa if they are about Saturday or Sunday

Weather permitting could be a good Fudabout
